One of my passions that goes hand in hand with selling real estate is design. It's an enjoyable endeavor and naturally spilled over to my business. I began staging listings with new furniture, free for all sellers, in 2004. That staging has evolved mightily to a very large collection of items in storage that I can pull from at anytime. Next Wednesday, September 14th, I will be joining my fellow nominees at the annual San Diego Magazine Woman of the Year festivities. No, I am not expecting to win! Truth be told, I think the winner is usually affiliated with a much larger company that can or will do the most advertising in the magazine. San Diego Magazine is a business after all and winners of past years seem to support my theory. The winner is chosen solely the editor. Prove my cynicism wrong!
